These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ra2yee mobile application, the Ra2yee Panel website at respondent.ra2yee.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by The Consultants MEA, a market research consultancy registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under the commercial name Beta The Consultants ("Ra2yee," "we," "us," "our").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Ra2yee if you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and resident in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Anyone under the age of thirteen (13) may not use the Service. Anyone under the age of eighteen (18) is considered a minor and is subject to the additional protections described in the Privacy Policy section "Minors."
Adult users (eighteen or older) must additionally be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. By signing up, you confirm that you meet the applicable requirement for your age.
If you are under eighteen (18), you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms and the Privacy Policy and has given permission for you to use the Service. We may, at our discretion, request evidence of guardian consent at any time.
For users under eighteen, additional restrictions apply: adult-only study categories are excluded, marketing communications are not sent, studies are designed to ask only age-appropriate questions, and only the minimum data required to operate the account is collected.

You may have only one (1) Ra2yee account. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and may be suspended, with forfeiture of all points and rewards in those accounts.
Participation in any study is voluntary. By participating, you agree to:
Breaches of these obligations may result in forfeiture of points from the affected study, account suspension, or permanent removal from the panel.
Ra2yee is a market research panel, not a game, sweepstakes, lottery, or game of chance. Points are not "won." Points are earned in exchange for participation and loyalty, in the following ways:
Points are a virtual unit of value awarded for these activities and may be redeemed for rewards offered by Ra2yee. Points have the following characteristics:
Rewards are currently issued and fulfilled by Ra2yee directly. We reserve the right to introduce third-party reward partners in the future; if we do, the Privacy Policy and these Terms will be updated and you will be notified before any data is shared with such partners.
We reserve the right to adjust, reverse, or invalidate points credited in error, awarded through fraudulent activity, or awarded in violation of these Terms.
You agree not to:
All content, branding, software, designs, and materials forming the Service — including the name "Ra2yee," logos, and all related visual identity elements — are owned by The Consultants MEA or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Content you submit through your participation in studies (responses, recordings, uploaded materials) may be used by us and by the commissioner of that study for research purposes, subject to the protections described in our Privacy Policy. You grant Ra2yee a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use this content for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including the indefinite retention and use of de-linked, anonymized research data described in the Privacy Policy. Termination of your account does not revoke this license with respect to content already collected.
From time to time we may make features available to you on a trial or beta basis. Beta features are clearly labeled and are provided "as is," may change or be discontinued without notice, and may contain bugs or errors. Your use of beta features is at your own discretion.
You agree that we may send you notices and communications related to the Service through push notifications, email, SMS, or in-app messages. Notices we send are considered received when they are sent to the contact details you provided. You are responsible for keeping your contact details accurate and current.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete My Account) or by contacting support@ra2yee.com from the email address registered to your account. Account deletion follows the process described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, duplicate accounts, prolonged inactivity, or for any other reason consistent with applicable law. Where reasonable, we will notify you and explain the reason.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Points held in a terminated account are forfeited unless the termination was initiated by Ra2yee without a breach by you, in which case any redeemable rewards may be honored at our discretion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY EGYPTIAN LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.
To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, Ra2yee and The Consultants MEA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms is limited to the total value of points held in your account at the time the claim arose, or one hundred Egyptian pounds (EGP 100), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited under Egyptian law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ra2yee and The Consultants MEA, and our respective officers, employees, and contractors, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit through the Service, including breach of the confidentiality obligations in Section 3.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, power outages, pandemics, or third-party service provider failures.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least fourteen (14) days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
If you access the Service through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you also agree to comply with the applicable terms of those platforms.
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that: (a) these Terms are between you and Ra2yee only, and not with Apple Inc.; (b) Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content; (c) Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service; (d) in the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app to you; (e) Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service; (f) Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and has the right to enforce them against you.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision will be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ra2yee regarding the Service, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver by us must be in writing to be effective.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
